In this episode I will be joined by Renaissance Movement Music and will be talking about their latest album "Lions in Suites". We will also talk about their recent trip to Africa and much more. I also give you guys an update on my health and road to loosing weight. I will also talk about the birthday bash (all 5 of them) that my twins had during their birthday weekend. Lastly I will address an outrageous comment that my voice in CHH (Christian Hip Hop) has lost some of its weight because I don't know the current main video director in CHH.
